DairyTech to exhibit full range of dairy industry equipment
DairyTech today is the only international exhibition in Russia encompassing the full range of equipment for milk processing and dairy production. Managers, technologists, and engineers of leading milk processing and dairy production plants have this exhibition on their agenda.
This year, more than 210 leading Russian and international manufacturers and distributors from 12 countries participate in DairyTech, namely: France, Germany, Denmark, The Netherlands, Poland, China, Turkey, and other countries. Leading market players, such as SIG Combibloc, AVE, Elopak, Galdi, GEA, IMA, Kieselmann, Profitex, Tauras–Fenix, ULMA Packaging, and other Russian and international producers, will exhibit a full range of machinery.
More than 60 new producer and supplier companies from Germany, Denmark, France, Italy, and Russia will exhibit dairy and cheese production equipment, as well as components and materials for the dairy industry.
Total area of the exhibition exceeds 10,000 sq.m. Exhibiting at DairyTech provides an opportunity for producers and suppliers to present their novelties and best articles to industry professionals, and to assess their relevance and competitiveness by direct interaction with distributors and technologists and engineers of milk processing and dairy production plants.
The visitors of the four-day exhibition DairyTech will discover a full range of cutting-edge equipment and proven solutions by leading Russian and international manufacturers, precisely addressing production tasks in the face of the high season.
The exhibition is broken down into product categories, where the visitors will be offered hundreds of presentations, novelties, and special offers from producers and suppliers.
Equipment and technologies for primary treatment of milk: milking and cooling equipment, washing equipment and disinfectant, equipment and technologies for quality measurement, automation of production, etc.;
Equipment and technologies for dairy foods production: whole and fermented milk products, cheeses, butter, milk concentrates, ice-cream, ingredients, and ferments;
Packaging, filling, and pouring equipment: for water treatment, pouring, and corking; blowing, pasteurization, and sterilization; filling, packaging, and dozing; as well as ready packaging, packing materials, marking and labeling equipment, weighing equipment, etc.
As usual, the exhibitors will put on display a lot of new equipment.
Following the eco-trend, SIC Combibloc, the general sponsor of the exhibition, will present samples of innovative packaging, such as SIGNIA, ECOPLUS, and SIGNATURE. These packaging items have already been awarded several most prestigious packaging industry awards. Additionally, the manufacturer will present novelty formats, such as combiblocMidi / combifitMidi, combidome, and combiSmile. The company will also exhibit its most popular packaging solutions for dairy products, namely: liter packs designed for a long family consumption, and smaller single-serving formats, mostly represented in the segment of cream, condensed milk, sauces, milkshakes, etc.
Galdi will demonstrate hi-tech equipment, designed to the highest quality standards for pouring fresh dairy products, juices, wine, egg mélange, liquid and loose foods into packaging. Specialists will be shown pouring machines of a wide performance range and of different configurations, as well as the patented disinfection system “Ultra Clean System”.
AO TAURAS-FENIX will exhibit high-speed three-stage dairy pouring and filling equipment that performs rinsing, pouring, and corking; machinery for food and nonfood products filling into polymer packaging with further corking; variable size long-term storage products packaging machinery, using the MAP technology, and many other.
Special attention will be drawn to cheese production equipment stands.
TECNAL SAS (France), global leader of milk preparation (pasteurization, skimming, fermenting, filtration) and cheese production technologies (soft cheese, cream cheese, blue cheese, feta cheese), will be participating in DairyTech for the first time, as well as Facchinetti from Italy, which will exhibit its cheese production equipment.
PRIMODAN A/S, Danish manufacturer of pouring and corking machinery, will present its novelties and well-proven equipment in the section “Packaging, filling, and pouring equipment”.
ULMA Packaging, world’s leader in production of packaging systems and equipment with a track record of 50 years, will present a high-speed horizontal machine for modified atmosphere packaging at a speed up to 250 pack/min. This machine meets all modern standards of food packaging. According to the manufacturer, the machine is ideal for high performance packaging of cheese.
The business programme of DairyTech 2020 will include over 10 relevant industry events: conferences, master classes, round tables.
The visitors expect three days of events dedicated to most burning issues: overview of global trends; plenary session on points of increase, new products and technologies of the dairy industry; sessions on working in the “Mercury” system and application of numerical tagging. Particular attention should be given to the plenary session dedicated to the healthy lifestyle and eco-friendliness trends as part of milk plants strategy.
